Terms & ConditionsPayment is required with confirmation of your order. We do not offer a sale or return facility. Full payment is required upon receipt of order - unfortunately NO delivered order can be processed without full payment. Unpaid orders will not be despatched under any circumstances. Goods are usually dispatched within 7 days, please allow time for delivery and order well before your planned display date. A local carrier normally delivers them during working hours from Monday to Friday. Please make sure the person nominated is able to receive and store them. A surcharge may be applied if a delivery is refused or cannot be completed. The order cannot be left without a valid signature. We require orders to be placed 7 working days prior to display date to ensure we can process and deliver your order in time. All fireworks conform to British Standards BS7114 Part:2 1988 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions supplied. Every effort is made to complete your order in full but should the need arise to make substitutions they will be of equal or greater value. Prices are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notification. Where the total amount of explosives contained in any fireworks supplied to an individual or company by Yorkshire Fireworks is greater than 50 kg net weight, we are required by The Fireworks Regulations 2004 to obtain the name and address of the person we are supplying the fireworks to, the date of supply, and the details of any person to whom our customer proposes to further supply the fireworks to. We are not able to supply you with the fireworks unless you provide us with this information, and it is an offence to supply information that you know or believe to be incorrect. Where applicable the company complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We offer a seven day cancellation period from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer. In the event of cancellation the customer must notify Yorkshire Fireworks in writing to: Galaxa Ltd 29 Kingswood Gardens Leeds LS8 2BQ Fireworks are hazardous goods and as such can only be returned to us by a specialised carrier. Upon receipt of written confirmation of cancellation Yorkshire Fireworks will notify the customer of how and when the goods are to be collected. In the event of cancellation a charge will levied to the customer for collection and will be retained from any refund given, as will the cost of delivery Please note: where free delivery offers are involved in a refund, Yorkshire Fireworks reserves the right to retain the actual cost of delivery by courier from the total refunded. Refund Policy.Refunds will be paid for faulty goods provided they have been used in accordance with their written instructions. Please note that claims for faulty fireworks can only be entertained when the problem is brought to our attention and the item is returned to Galaxa Ltd for investigation, (unless we instruct you otherwise) Yorkshire Fireworks undertakes to replace or refund the product where the goods have been deemed to be faulty, i.e manufacturing defect or damage caused prior to delivery. Where a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the sum will be paid in pounds sterling and refunded to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods. All carriage costs are non refundable, including collection of returned goods. Finally.We hope all fireworks supplied perform as described and we welcome your feedback, positive and negative.
